KITCHEN
You know sometimes you just haven't got enough cupboard space in the kitchen? Well you don't need to worry here as there is plenty of wood effect fitted wall and base units. Not that you'll need to use them all but at least you'll find most of your kitchen items contained within. Lovely views out over neighbouring gardens and beyond.

  • Refridgerator
  • Freezer

BATHROOM
Like most properties of this age in the area, the small bathroom is located downstairs. White suite comprising low level toilet, panelled bath with shower-over and pedestal wash hand basin.

Seperating the lounge area from the kitchen and bathroom is a huge wooden door which wouldn't look too out of place in a castle or grand old property! The farmhouse style (dutch door) back door leads out into a shared cobbled lane.
